Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization and using the results to design and develop a learning curriculum to meet the organization's learning needs
- Assessing the effectiveness of learning interventions through evaluation methods to ensure continuous improvement
- Exploring and implementing learning technologies to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programs
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including executives, related L&D committee, HRBP, and subject matter experts, to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Supporting talent development initiatives by designing career development programs, and providing learning opportunities for professional growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Organizational Psychology or related fields.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550).
- Having experience in Human Resource Development or people development is a must.
- Able to work with Speed and Adaptive & well dealt with an uncertain and difficult situation.
- Good communication skills, esp. in Learning & development fields.
- Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in Rayong province.
